The Carirriñe Pass is open only two months a year, when the Patagonian weather is warm and dry. This 400 kilometer adventure is a demanding journey that requires mental and physical strength. The diversity of terrain, flora, and fauna is impressive. The Andean Crossing via the Carirriñe Pass is the most ambitious bicycle touring option we offer in Patagonia.

The difficulty level is intermediate. You will need to manage your energy properly to successfully complete the trip.

Patagonia Singletracks 2 explores the mountains north of Bariloche. Lanín National Park is known for its stunning mountain scenery, including the Lanín Volcano, one of the region’s icons. It is characterized by its diverse landscapes, ranging from virgin forests to glacial lakes, and a rich array of native flora and fauna. We will pedal along a network of rural trails that connect the different Mapuche communities in the region.
